Solution Provider, Custom Built Software have been working with Microsoft Internet
Technology for over three years.
This
web site has been built using Microsoft technology. We use
Commerce Server, IIS, Exchange 2000, Windows 2000 Server,
Visual FoxPro and SQL Server.
For
web development tools we use Dreamweaver, the Microsoft
Visual Interdev suite together with the West Wind Connection
for Visual FoxPro.
We have recently developed a web based support system for the University of
Wolverhampton.
This solution
allows users from several locations to access online help which is maintained
remotely and uses existing leased line technology with no upgrade costs. It also allows users to
log calls for support and to check on call progress. When an urgent or emergency
call is logged email is automatically generated and sent to the support
desk with an acknowledgement sent to the user. |
